VX MEDIA POLICIES

1. Pricing Structure

At VxMedia, all pricing is project-based and tailored to each client’s needs. Pricing is either:

Quoted individually based on scope and deliverables, or
Listed on the respective product or service page for Hush Acoustic.

Please note:

All prices clearly state whether VAT is included.
All pricing is displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
There are no hidden charges. What is quoted is what you pay—unless an addendum is agreed upon and signed.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Refund Policy

a) Video Services (VxMedia)

Each project is governed by a signed contract which includes specific terms regarding cancellations and refunds. Once work has commenced, refunds are limited and subject to the terms in that agreement.

⚠️ Note: No project begins without a mutually signed contract.

b) Product Sales (Hush Acoustic)

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

7-Day Full Refund

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund with a 25% handling fee, excluding shipping fees.
30-Day Partial Refund (Used/Damaged Items)

If a product is used or opened but found to be defective, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. We inspect all products thoroughly before shipping, but if damage is confirmed (via photos) and deemed to have occurred before delivery, we will offer a refund to store credit or exchange.
Items Damaged in Transit

If a product arrives in damaged condition, please email us clear photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll issue store credit equal to the value of the item (excluding shipping), subject to review.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping.

3. Terms of Service

a) Video Production Projects (VxMedia)

All video services are governed by an individual Production Contract which includes:

Scope of work
Delivery timelines
Payment terms
Copyright and licensing
Cancellation terms

No services commence without a signed agreement. These terms override any general policies unless otherwise stated.

b) Product Sales (Hush Acoustic)

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following:

Products are described and priced to the best of our accuracy.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
Deliveries are made through reputable couriers and tracked.
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
Any dispute must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, with a full refund provided if payment has been received.

4. Additional Policies

a) Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, videos, and logos—is the property of VxMedia or its partners unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

b) Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected (e.g. email, address, payment info) is stored securely and used only for transactional or communication purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

c) Dispute Resolution

Should a dispute arise, we will first attempt to resolve it amicably via email or phone. If unresolved, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the South Africa.
